Who we are
GAX Roofing is Gaxiola Roofing Corp., a family-owned, California-licensed roofing contractor (CSLB License C39 #1135657) at 8780 19th St #417, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91701. This site, gaxroofingreviews.com, is a public archive of reviews of our work. Questions about this policy: sales@gaxroofing.com or (909) 819-8394.
What this site collects from you
Nothing. There are no forms, no accounts, no chat, no comment box and no place to type anything on this site. We do not set cookies here and we do not run analytics or advertising tags here.
Hosting logs
The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) for security and operations. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.
Fonts
Page fonts load from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, Google receives your IP address as part of that request, under Google's own privacy policy.
The reviews shown here
Every review on this site was posted publicly by its author on Google, Yelp, Facebook or HomeAdvisor. We show the reviewer's public display name and the review as written, sometimes shortened to the part about the work, and we link each one to the original. We add no private information. If you wrote one of these reviews and want it off this site, email sales@gaxroofing.com and we will take it down. Removing it from the platform where you posted it is done through that platform.

Buttons and cards on this site go to Google, Yelp, Facebook, HomeAdvisor and the Better Business Bureau. Once you leave, their privacy policies apply, not this one.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and it knowingly collects nothing from anyone.
Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version here with a new effective date.
